My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were incredibly spacious, much more than what I usually find in other hotels. However, the service, though helpful, seemed a bit unfriendly at times. The location was convenient, especially being just a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, but not the absolute best. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of choices, but the prices were a bit high for some dishes.
